Is the Oscar winner getting too big for her britches? -We thought she was losing weight?? It seems Hudson might be feeling a little self important since she won the golden statue, which we don't think should have happened in the first place. Don't get us wrong, she tore up "And I'm Telling You I'm Not Going," but musical nominations might be a little manipulative, no? If Cate Blanchett in "Notes On a Scandal" or Adrianna Barraza in "Babel" had a climactic show stopping broadway hit in the middle of their flicks, maybe that would have made all the difference.
But, Hudson did win, and since then, she's had some choice words for Simon Cowell, who is responsible for discovering Hudson. She claims he was never a fan and was too harsh on her while she was on American Idol. Let's give the show and Simon some credit Hudson. Where do you think you'd be right now without them? Then, recently, she refused to go to the Soul Train Awards. I guess she had more important things to do. She was talked into attending, and ended up winning the Sammy Davis Jr. Entertainer of The Year Award.
