Caution: Britney Spears Out Of Rehab!

After 28 days in rehab...cause that's standard?!?!...Britney Spears is back on the loose. Spears, 25, checked into Promises on Feb. 22 after she went mental and proceeded to shave her head, tattoo her wrist, and beat a car with an umbrella.

How terrifying are those pictures! She's so SCARY!!A typical stay at Promises is about 45 days. It looks like Spears got out a little early...maybe they ran out of soda.

Let's hope she's out for good, and can put her crazy to rest!
