After being encouraged by some 17 year-old skateboarding punk, these two 10 year-old tikes (in white) assaulted a homeless man, beating his head with pieces of concrete.

What is wrong with America?! We see more and more kids at the movies, at the mall, or just walking down the street who have no sense of respect for their fellow man.

Where are the parents? Where are the values and ethics that were instilled in us as children?
