Jean Smart, best known as Charlene Fraizer on Designing Women, is back on 24 as former First Lady Martha Logan. She has important Russian connections and not just Stoli. The recovering alcoholic currently living in a glamorous rehabilitation center (Promises, anyone?) took a break from crazy to play international diplomat, convincing her BFFs, the Russian President and his wife, that their Ambassador had gone rogue.

Just goes to show that even while you are in the nuthouse , you can still do the world some good. Britney, are you taking notes?
