According to US Magazine, these pictures of former Laguna Beach loser Jason Wahler and his friend, rapper Jay 211 (who no one's ever heard of!) were taken last summer.

"We were just wasted one night and we ended up back at Jay's house in North Hollywood. Everyone was just playing around and they decided to play Russian Roulette. There was one bullet in the gun and Jason and Jay both pointed the gun at their heads and pulled the trigger," a source said.

Wahler has been arrested 4 times in the last nine months, and must turn himself in by May 4th to serve 60 days in jail for assaulting a city worker.
