The Bahamas Supreme Court just announced the DNA tests prove Birkhead is the father of Anna Nicole Smith's 7-month-old daughter, Dannielynn.

"I hate to be the one who told you this, but, I told you so," Birkhead said.

Birkhead has spent the last seven months battling for custody over "the baby" -a.k.a. the millions Dannielynn stands to inherit from Smiths late husband, J. Howard Marshall.
