"Ryan Seacrest Live?"

Doesn't have the same ring to it as "Larry King Live," but King himself said that Seacrest would be his first choice replacement.

"He’s the classic generalist,” King said. “The only thing I don’t know, and I’ve gotten to know him pretty well, is how versed he is in politics, world affairs. Does he read the paper? Is he interested in Iraq? Because if he is, he’s going to be very good.”

King isn't planning on retiring anytime soon. He hopes "Larry King Live" can go on for at least 10 more years, or until he's 83.

We hope it can too Larry. We're tired of Seacrest trying to take over the world.
